Microsoft Student Partners- Manav Rachna organized an event for helping students excel at the Microsoft Imagine Cup through Imagine Camp and a hands-on workshop on Microsoft Azure (Microsoft Azure is an open, flexible, enterprise-grade cloud computing platform) on 31st January 2018 and 1st February 2018 respectively at MRIIRS campus, Faridabad. The event was really beneficial for the students with Entrepreneurial Dreams. Imagine Cup is a global competition that empowers computer science students to team up and use their creativity, passion and knowledge of technology to create applications that shape how we live, work and play. It is noteworthy that students from Manav Rachna have been among the top three contenders of the National and International Finals of the Microsoft Imagine Cup.

Mr. Rohit Jain, Core Committee Member of Microsoft Student Partners and Ms. Deepshikha Prakash from InfiSpark were the guests and speakers of the event. Dr. Krishan Kant, ED and Dean, Faculty of Engineering and Technology (FET), MRIIRS welcomed them. Emphasizing upon a great blend of innovation and technology, he encouraged students to participate in the Microsoft Imagine Cup. Mr. Rohit Jain encouraged the participants and introduced the Imagine Cup Competition calling it the ‘World Cup of Technology’.
