ASLI CHAI is an informal intellectual interaction with three main agenda: I have this to share, I have this to ask, I have this to contribute. Centre for Academic Development organized ASLI CHAI ONLINE at Manav Rachna University.

Dr. Sangita Banga, Dean Academics expressed the purpose of ASLI CHAI. She emphasized the significance of informal sharing of activities and experiences for the enhancement of quality of online education through synergy.

Dr. Manmeet Bali Nag from the Department of Management & Commerce shared her experiences with variety on the digital tool for collaborative and experiential learning combining synchronous and asynchronous e-learning.

Mr. Ajay Bhatia from the Department of Law highlighted the practices for personalizing learning experiences for students using a multimedia approach.

Mr. J P Sharma and Mr. Gianendar Kajal from the Department of Mechanical Engineering stressed the need of redesigning the class using an andrological approach. Ms. Shruti Vashist and Ms. Niharika Thakur from the department of Electronics and Communication shared how they focused on comprehensive and continuous evaluation through various assessment tools.

Dr. Sachin Lakra and Mr. Ram Chatterjee from the Department of Computer Science and Technology explained the ways to integrate games, virtual labs, and art in classroom learning.

Dr. Akhilesh Dwivedi from Department of Education emphasized on various strategies for diagnostic assessment and formative assessment.

Dr. Deepa Arora and Savitta Saini from the department of Mathematics shared their efforts to use demonstration method, Dr. Aditya Sharma from the department of physics expressed the need to analyze the need and redesign the curriculum for online education, Dr. Priti from the department talked about peer teaching strategies and students engagement strategies.

Dr. Kameshwar Singh, Registrar appreciated the efforts of faculty and directed them to continue these practices with continuous enhancement.
