Prof. Jaideep Singh, Director Industry Interaction and HoD, Humanities & Language, Manav Rachna University and an accredited trainer for Indian Institute of Coal Management (IICM), Ranchi was invited to conduct the sessions for a day’s workshop at Indian Institute of Coal Management (IICM), Ranchi on November 4, 2018. The topic of the workshop was Leadership and Team Building. The workshop was designed to train 72 Graduate Engineering Trainees (GET) of Coal India, a Government of India (GoI) undertaking.

Coal India is known as one of the ‘Navratna Organization’ of Government of India, having a Centre of Excellence at IICM, Ranchi adorned with excellent state-of-art facilities. The methodology of the workshop consisted of presentations, case studies, discussion sessions and role plays.

The workshop was lauded by Mr. Rajeev Singh, Course Director. Mr S N Singh, Director General, IICM, Ranchi felicitated Prof Jaideep Singh and appreciated the efforts put in by him for imparting the knowledge to the graduate engineering trainees of the organization.
