Faculty of Law, Manav Rachna University conducted a webinar on “How to Secure LLM Admissions and Scholarships Abroad”, hosted by Seattle University School of Law. There were a total of 30 participants. The speakers for the event were Professor Monika Batra Kashyap, Associate Director of the India Center for Law and Justice at Seattle University School of Law; and Professor Shireen Moti, Assistant Professor of Law & Director of Alumni Relations at O.P. Jindal Global University and the Chairperson of the Committee for Academic Support on Higher Education and Learning.

Prof. Moti informed the students of the requirements for applying for LLM admissions in international universities.

Prof. Batra Kashyap gave insights into the process at Seattle University, and the discussed the advantages of doing an LLM abroad. She provided clarity on the difference between an LLM and a JD degree in the States.
