Faculty of Computer Applications organized a Webinar on ‘Engineering for a Changing World – Adapting the practices & Unlocking the How’   in association with IEEE Computer Society Chapter, Delhi Section. Dr Shaveta Bhatia, Head of the Department, welcomed and introduced the resource person of the day.  The   resource person for the webinar was Mr. Narayan Ramakrishman, Director-Technology, Publicis – Sapient, Gurugram.

A total of 70 students and faculty members of FCA along with IEEE members of Computer Society, Delhi Section virtually attended the webinar. The session was very informative and shed light and insights on Apache Spark, Micro Services, Hadoop and Business transformation services. Attendees were also enlightened with career prospects in micro services and docker.  Speaker has also demonstrated the use of AI chat boxes like ALEXA and many more.

The session was highly informative and interesting. At the end of the session, Dr. S.S Tyagi Dean-FCA and Dr Shaveta Bhatia, HOD CA thanked the resource person and encouraged the participants by promising more workshops and seminars on the new IT technologies in the near future.
