Department of Management and Commerce, MRU presented a webinar on, ‘Corporatization of family business’. The guest speaker for the day was Mr. Arun Bhardwaj – Careers Success and Career Coach. This webinar was attended by over 50 students of the BBA fourth and sixth semesters.

Mr. Arun is an Entrepreneur, who was earlier a professional, with over 25 years of experience in the corporate world. He has held leadership positions in some of the premier organizations and has worked in India and the USA. He is a ‘Certified Life Coach and a Career Coach’ and has coached a large number of individuals during his professional and entrepreneurial journey.

He is the author of ‘The Xtraordinary Entrepreneur’ – an Amazon bestseller. He mentioned the characteristics of how a family business can be successful. He also mentioned the qualities that are required to be an entrepreneur. He talked about succession planning in family business and corporatization of family business. Towards the end of the session, he talked about the habits of how to be successful in life. The webinar was very well appreciated by the students. The webinar was recorded for future reference by students as well. It was a great learning session for students.
