Webinar on Conversational AI and patterns in IT
Faculty of Computer Applications, MRIIRS organized a webinar titled: ‘Conversational AI and patterns in IT’ on July 16, 2020 in collaboration with ACM Student Chapter, FCA, MRIIRS.
The speaker of the day was Mr. Sumit Kothiyal, a seasoned IT Executive with 18 years of experience at Global Cognitive RPA Lead, Blockchain, CTO Compliance as a Service, Vice President Technology and more than $350 million in successfully deployed projects for Fortune 500 companies. He possesses diversified expertise in IT strategy, Agile transformation, Digital capability, Cloud adoption, transitions & Sales. Seasoned Senior Executive.
Dean, FCA Dr. S.S Tyagi and HOD, FCA Dr. Shaveta Bhatia welcomed the Speaker. The speaker focused on applications of Conversational AI in messaging apps, speech-based assistants and chatbots to automate communication and create personalized customer experiences at scale.
The session was carried out with an insight view of using Conversational bots in web services through text, interactive cards, and task modules. Further, the speaker explained the scope of Conversational AI in handling both simple and complex commands, Artificial-Intelligence-powered and Natural-Language-Processing Virtual Assistants.
The session was attended by more than 80 faculty members and students from MRIIRS and other than MRIIRS. The engaging question and answer session by the participants on various verticals of AI made the session highly interactive.
