The 22nd International Engineering and Technology Fair (IETF), the flagship event of the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) which is one of India’s most comprehensive International B2B shows, was organized at Pragati Maidan, New Delhi.

The Department of Mechanical Engineering of MRIU organized a visit to the event for its third year students. The event showcased technology solutions to the areas related to Logistics, Welding & joining, Metal & Metallurgy, Green mobility, Solid waste management and Water management among others. Many products like Water ATM, 3D printers, New irrigation water pumps, Hybrid cars by BMW were the major attractions of the event.

Students came to know about the recent advancement in the field of solar vehicles and logistics. The major giants presented at the event were J.C.B, KONE, Kirloskar, NALCO, Jindal steels etc. Students also attended the conference on Green Mobility.
