Vice Chancellor, MRU interaction with students of BBA, first year
The First year BBA Students got an unparalleled opportunity to interact with Dr Sanjay Srivastava, Vice Chancellor, Manav Rachna University on valuable lessons on professionalism and life skills. The interaction began with a dialogue, where the Students introduced themselves to him. During the dialogue offered by the honourable Vice Chancellor, students asked various questions to Dr. Sanjay Srivastava. They were inquisitive about, how can they be ‘Smart Professionals’. To which Dr. Srivastava candidly answered sharing his learning.
He discussed the importance of Parents, Academic Parents, Knowledge, Skills & Attitude in making their career plans and how important it is to keep exploring new things and broaden skill sets to become Smart Professionals. He also highlighted on the current recruiter and recruitee scenario. He emphasized that students, as future professionals should know, fundamentals of recruitment – “Packaging is Important but Product is the Core“. If the students want to seem them as established Professionals they must conduct themselves as Professionals.
