Post Graduate students of Department of Nutrition and Dietetics with sports specialization participated in National Conference on Fitness, Health and Sports Sciences.

It was held from March 16-17, 2019 at School of Studies in Physical Education, Jiwaji University, Gwalior M.P. Five students participated in conference and out of them two won first prize in oral and poster presentations under theme ‘Fitness, Nutrition and Health’. The topics of presentation were based on ‘Use of creatine as supplement in muscle growth and development of sports drink based on Chia seed’.

Ms. Lakhvinder Kaur, Assistant Professor, N&D, FAS, MRIIRS was Invited as a Resource Person in National Conference on Fitness, Health and Sports Sciences. She delivered a talk on Nutrition and Fitness and its latest scenario. It was well appreciated by all the present delegates and students.
