Shri A.K Mishra had mesmerised a huge gathering of students and members of the faculty through his Art of Success discussion held at Manav Rachna’s Auditorium. The seminar was organised by Chanakya IAS Academy in collaboration with Manav Rachna International University.

In his Art of Success discussion, he elaborated upon the nuances of aptitude along with the great attitude not only to crack the Civil services examination but for every sphere of life.

He provided a deep insight on the intricacies and nuances involved in cracking the exam. He told the students that the most important aspect of the preparation for this prestigious examination is the conditioning of the students.

He said there are several myths associated with Civil Services exams and think that it is a very tough examination, but it is in fact, quite easy to crack it since it’s based on class Xth syllabus.

Through Art of Success, Mishra tries to inculcate in his students what he calls “administrative traits”. For him, a civil servant should be a person who has a good level of emotional intelligence and should be quick and decisive and should manage his time judiciously.

IAS Shri Suman Saurabh Mohanty, who secured 9^th Rank in Civil Services in 2016 addressed the students and the faculty and shared his experiences. He told the students to dedicate just one year unlike many years and success will follow them.

Another IAS officer, Ms. Abhilasha Sharma, who came at 68^th position in civil services examination and also happens to be an alumnus of Faculty of Engineering, Manav Rachna International University also shared her experience and how much she wanted to serve the country.  

The Seminar was attended by Dr. Prashant Bhalla, President, MREI, Dr. M.M Kathuria, Dr. N.C. Wadhwa, Vice Chancellor, MRIU and other dignitaries.
