A special guest lecture on ‘White Collar Crimes’ was organized by Faculty of Law, Manav Rachna University on April 30, 2019. Renowned advocate, Mr. Maninder Singh, was the speaker of the day. He addressed the students on the very pertinent and raging topic and specifically expounded upon offences covered U/s 406-420 and 465-471 of the IPC.

As a member of the Bar with a standing of over 25 years, Mr. Maninder Singh has been regularly appearing before the Hon’ble Supreme Court and Delhi High Court in matters under the Revisional, Appellate and Writ jurisdiction of this Hon’ble Court. He has also been regularly conducting trials and appearing in bail matters before the Ld. District Courts.

Mr. Maninder Singh has also been engaged as a counsel in the 2G case, Aircel-Maxis case, the Reebok Fraud case, Navy War Room Case, Jagtar Singh Hawara Case, Satyam-Liberty Blast Case.
