Prof. (Dr.) Versha Vahini, Head of the Department, Faculty of Law chaired a session in a program organized by Imperium Law India, on the Theme, Bail is Rule, Jail is Exception.

The program was held recently in Indian Society of International Law. Prof. Vahini oriented the students about the basic principles of grant, rejection and cancellation of Bail.
