Scholars and high performers acknowledged at the ‘Manav Rachna Scholars’ program
Around 328 scholars at Manav Rachna Educational Institutions (MREI) were recognized under the ‘Manav Rachna Scholars’ program at the MREI campus today. These high performers are students from the 2018 batch at the three higher learning institutions of Manav Rachna: Manav Rachna International Institute of Research & Studies (MRIIRS), Manav Rachna University and Manav Rachna Dental College. These scholars, who are high academic achievers, are currently pursuing various programs at MREI under scholarship (25%, 50% and 100%).
The scholars were acknowledged through certificates in the first Manav Rachna Scholars program presided over by Smt. Satya Bhalla, Chief Patron, MREI; Dr. Amit Bhalla, VP, MREI; Dr. Sanjay Srivastava, MD, MREI; Dr. NC Wadhwa, VC, MRIIRS; Deans andHoDs.
51 of these scholars with exceptional scores are recipients of 100% scholarships. These 51 students were instituted with the privileged ‘scholar badges’.
While applauding the academic achievers, Smt. Satya Bhalla expressed confidence that by the next year, with the right guidance and mentorship, the number of scholarships being awarded at the MREI campus would reach to 1000 from the current number of 328.
Dr. Amit Bhalla congratulated the scholars and said: “An educational institution is the only place where you can experiment and where you have everything on your platter. Use the most of your years at the Manav Rachna campus to evolve as good human beings…ready to take on the challenges of life”!
