A National Conference on Food Safety, Nutritional Security and Sustainability was held at Amity Institute of Food Technology, Noida in collaboration with Association of Food Scientists & Technologists (AFST (I)). Students of M.Sc III (Food Science & Technology) participated in the convention.

The National conference comprised of many visionary speakers who expounded on various aspects related to the theme. There were poster presentations and oral sessions that were going on simultaneously. This conference envisaged a road-map towards outcome based sustainable results.

It served as a platform to bring forward thinking professionals including Scientists, Policy makers and Academicians to share, deliberate and discuss various strategies for overcoming challenges of food safety, nutrition security and sustainability. The sessions served a pivotal role in food domain and the students were sensitized on the importance of nutritional security and sustainability of food. The conference was a great success.
