MRIIC Shines in Living Talent Masterpiece 2017
Manav Rachna Innovation & Incubation center (MRIIC) took part in Living Talent Master Piece 2017 event which was held in Dubai from 15th-16th Dec 2017. This event is the world’s first multi genre talent festival conducted by Living Talent organization which is a first of its kind Talent Hunt Company formed with the sole intention of bringing gifted and talented individuals together on a global platform. The event had participation from all over the world in the following categories: Performance, Art & Craft and Innovation.
Four teams from MRIIC who have made it to the semifinals took part in this event under the Innovation category. The following projects were selected for the semifinals:-
1. Digital Paper- Made by Aakash Bhadana, Vasu Kaushik, Simran Choudhary and Bharat Sundal, students of CSE, FET, MRIIRS
2. LOTO Device – Made by Devdutt and Ishlok, students of ECE, FET, MRIIRS
3. Smart Solution for Air Pollution Mitigation- Made by Amit Kumar Singh (RA MRIIC), Prachie Sharma (Asst. Prof. BioTech)
4. Sound Fidelity- Made by Shubham Sharma and Surbhi, students of CSE, FET, MRIIRS
Semifinal round took place on 15th Dec and finally top 15 teams were selected which included 3 teams from MRIIC (Project LOTO, Sound Fidelity and Smart Solution for Air Pollution Mitigation).
Final round of the event was held on 16th December and project sound Fidelity from MRIIRS was able to make it to the top 3 best teams of this prestigious event in the Innovation category. First position was bagged by Argentina while Indian teams were able to win the 2nd and 3rd position. Students were appreciated by the jury members for their wonderful work.
It is surely a great achievement from MRIIC to make it to the top 3 teams from the world in the Innovation category. Students who took part in this event got an opportunity to perform on the world stage and surely the learning’s from this event will help them to come up with many more innovative projects in the near future.
