MREI students grab the “Ticket to the Finale” of IESA Makeathon 2018
The students of MREI made it big by attaining the “Ticket to Finale” of IESA Makeathon 2018 during the regional rounds. This grand makeathon drives technology innovation for the semiconductor and electronic systems industry in India. The finale of IESA Makeathon shall be held on December 14. It is noteworthy that two teams from Manav Rachna from among the 21 participating teams of North India have won the “Ticket to the Finale”.
The project “Pulse” also bagged the “BEST SOCIAL INNOVATION AWARD” by JUincubator, BENGALURU. Pulse is an early detection tool for heart diseases and abnormalities developed by a team comprising Bharat Sundal (CSE, MRIIRS), Aakash Bhadana (CSE, MRIIRS), Ishlok Vashisht (ECE, MRIIRS) and Dipesh Narwat (CSE, MRIIRS).
The second project CAELI: A “Smart PollutionMask” to curb pollution related issues developed by Devdutt (ECE, MRIIRS); Vasu Kaushik (CSE, MRIIRS); and Shubhi Saxena (CSE, MRIIRS) is yet another social innovation.
