The Department of Mathematics, Manav Rachna University organized a motivational talk on ‘Challenge the Challenges’ on 25th August 2020. The Guest speaker for the session was Ms. Monica Gupta, an Entrepreneur & a Spiritualist, Director, Interactive Bees, New Delhi.

Mr. Sanjiv Gupta, North India Co-ordinator- IT Wing -Rajyoga Education and Research Foundation (RERF), Mr. Neeraj Upreeti, member of IT Wing RERF, Respected Dean Research & Dean Applied Sciences, MRU, Prof. Dr. Pradeep Varshney were the panelists.   

Ms. Monica Gupta explained that a Challenge is an invitation to participate in a competition that can be both external and internal and is a part of everyone’s life. She emphasized that they come to make us realize our inner capabilities, power, and potentials. A weaker inner self will always consider challenges as problems and the key to challenge the challenges is to convert them into opportunities through a positive approach, she mentioned.

Fulfilling the objective of the session she imparted the practical wisdom to develop a positive Attitude, Experiential skills to deal with uncertainty in different dimensions of life and simple mantras for leading a happy life.

The session was beautifully woven with case studies, interactive participation with the audience, and motivational stories full of wisdom and skills that can be recalled and exercised in all phases of life very easily.

The enthusiastic students put forward the dilemmas faced by them and were guided with complete satisfaction by the empathetic speaker Ms. Monica Gupta.

The session concluded with a vote of thanks to the speaker, guests, Deans, Heads’ of the Department, faculty members and students who were a wonderful audience and helped in making the event a success.
