Manav Rachna marks its presence at Smart India Hackathon
Smart India Hackathon 2020 is a nationwide initiative to provide students a platform to solve some of the pressing problems we face in our daily lives, and thus inculcate a culture of product innovation and a mindset of problem-solving.
The last edition of the hackathon saw over 5 million+ students from various colleges compete for the top prize at 65+ locations. In SIH 2020, the students would have the opportunity to work on challenges faced within various Ministries, Departments, Industries, PSUs and NGOs to create world-class solutions for some of the top organizations including industries in the world, thus helping the Private sector hire the best minds from across the nation.
The students of Manav Rachna have always left their mark in the Smart India Hackathon series and this year on the fourth edition they have once again proved their mettle.
Under the guidance of MRIIC the team TechnoCrysis comprising of Kushal Agrawal, Simran Mahi, Tarunesh Kumar, Supriya Kumari, Chirag Gupta, Aakash Bhardwaj, of B.Tech CSE, 3rd Year, MRIIRS and team THE WATCHERS comprising Yogesh Dixit (B.Tech. CSE 6th Semester), Sagar Raghav, Vaibhav Gaur, Shubham Sood, Gehna Chitkara (B.Tech. CSE DSML 4th Semester) & Sarthak Rastogi (B.Tech. CSE DSML 2nd Semester), MRU has been shortlisted for the finale round and will appear for SIH 2020 finale on April 4 & 5, 2020.
