Legal Vignette – the Online Case Presentation Competition for Law Students
Case briefs are an important part of the curriculum in law schools. They help students to encapsulate legal material and analyse long judgements. To promote the art of case brief preparation, the Moot Court Committee at Faculty of Law, Manav Rachna University organised the second edition of Legal Vignette – the Online Case Presentation Competition recently.
It was an interdepartmental competition, organised for students of the Law Department, in which over 30 students participated.
The judges for the event were Mr Shivam Gaur and Ms Chaitali Wadhwa. The participants presented case briefs on landmark judgements in Criminal Law and Tort Law, drawing reference to the important principles and rules of evidence.
The top three performers of the event were Ishika Goel, Snigdha Kiran and Priyanka Walter.
