Leadership Talk with Mr. Yashraj Bhardwaj, Co-founder of Zenith Vipers on ‘Ensure Equity Partners & Y2 Bros’
Dr. Abhay Jere, Chief Innovation Officer, Ministry of HRD, Govt. of India organized a Leadership Talk and and interacted with Youngest Entrepreneur and Manav Rachna student, Mr. Yashraj Bharadwaj, co-founder of Zenith Vipers, Ensure Equity Partners, Y2 Bros. Yashraj Bhardwaj and Yuvraj Bhardwaj are Co-Founders of Zenith Vipers Group. They own 24 Research Projects and 9 patent applications (filed as a team). They are the recipients of Karmaveer Chakra Award 2016 and have also been named among top 10 young entrepreneurs of 2016 across the globe by Success Magazine.
Yashraj stated that his first project was inspired by Ganga Purification process that gained media attention. “Pumpkin Purifier”, is made by them where pumpkin purifies water and is used to reduce hard metals like Lead (Pb), Arsenic (As) and Chromium (Cr) from contaminated water. This was a great achievement but by that time, it was not patent, so they were not able to sell the rights to company. They also built a water purifier using Bajra and it was 10 times cheaper than pumpkin purifier, filed patent and quoted a price of 11 crores to the same company who asked for the pumpkin patent. They participated in science fairs and many competitions and won numerous cash prizes. Now, they own a multinational company, headquartered in Dubai, having office in Hong Kong, Shenzhen, Mumbai and Gurugram. They have 300 researchers working under them. These researchers are not having degrees but those with a desire innovate. Also, college dropouts and school dropouts have joined them to make a difference and to work on research projects. They have earned 129 patents and 70 are commercialized that have made them the youngest Entrepreneurs.
