Ms. Chaitali Wadhwa of the Faculty of Law, Manav Rachna University was invited to be an Arbitrator-Judge in the 11th edition of Moot Shanghai, which is scheduled from March 8 to 12, 2021.

Moot Shanghai 2021 is a pre-moot in advance of the 28th Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot. The moot will host 60 teams consisting of over 400 students representing 22 different jurisdictions worldwide.

Teams take responsibility as legal representatives of Claimant and Respondent in international commercial arbitration. Tribunals of three arbitrators, hear arguments and give each team scores on legal knowledge, advocacy skills, and teamwork.
