Inspired by the honorable Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi’s Jal Sachay, the Jal Shakti Abhiyan is a time-bound, mission mode water conservation campaign which aims at making water conservation a Jan Andolan through asset creation and extensive communication.

A pledge on water conservation under ‘Jal Shakti Abhiyan’ was taken by the faculty members and the students of the Biotechnology Department on 5th August 2019. This was done to sensitize the students about water conservation, plantation, environment protection, and conservation of natural resources. The students vowed to plant and care for trees and were really enthusiastic.
