The Internal Quality Assurance Cell- Manav Rachna University organized a workshop on “Learn-to-Storytell Your Research” for faculty members as a measure of quality improvement initiative.

The inaugural session was addressed by Dr. Prinima Gupta, Associate Professor and IQAC Member, MRU. She welcomed special guests,Dr. Woei Fuh Wong speaker of the session, Dr. KC Tang, and Mr. Vijay from IES solutions. Deans, HoDs, and all faculty members were present for the workshop. She also shared glimpses of the sessions conducted in the forthcoming three weeks.

Dr. Pradeep K. Varshney, Dean Research, MRU formally introduced Dr. Woei Fuh and the IES solutions team and discussed briefly Manav Rachna Educational Institutions, ongoing research practices being followed at MRU, and the importance of Research impact and its visibility.

Dr. Wong explained about the research visibility of one’s research contribution. He also shared how research visibility helps to engage one’s research work with broader stakeholders.  He explained how research work can be promoted by knowing Plain Language Summary, Graphical Abstract, UN’s SDG icon, which is now commonly requested by the premier global publishers and even funding organizations. The participants appreciated the session a lot and also cleared their doubts regarding upcoming sessions.
