A session on Theatre and Communication was organized by Prof. Jaideep Singh, Director Industry Interface and HoD Humanities & Language for the students of BBA, Manav Rachna University today. Renowned theatre personalities Dr. M. Sayeed Alam and Ms Naina Sagar interacted with the students on various aspects of communication and the ways to improve one’s personality to enter into corporate world.

Ms Nayana Sagar initiated the topic in an engaging way by sharing her anecdotes. She explained the communication with special reference to the non-verbal communication and how it plays a significant role in one’s life. She gave an insight into the role of Language & Literature in honing one’s Communication skills. Dr Sayeed Alam explained the importance of stage plays as tools of communication and the students were asked to play short sketches or skits on which he improvised. He further discussed on writing scripts. It was a remarkable experience for all involved.
