Department of Management, MRU organised an Industrial Visit for BBA Finance and Accounts, 3rd semester  students to Victora Auto Pvt. Ltd, Sector 68, IMT Faridabad.

Victora Tools is a leading Indian conglomerate with a turnover exceeding INR 65 million. The group has diversified interests across verticals such as the manufacture of sheet metal components, assemblies for the auto industry, elevator industry, white goods, as well as in the telecom and hospitality sectors.

Students were provided with an insider’s view of the manufacturing plant in the automobile sector. They were enriched to see large scale production and all quality parameters and safety measures being adhered.

Students were exposed to experience the entire process of manufacturing the components for automobiles live which includes the conversion from stainless steel wires to components  like hooks and hangers. The next section of manufacturing was for hollow equipment of hangers in the automobiles. Students closely observed the entire process and inquisitively asked queries to the team.

 A session was conducted for the students by Mr. Suryavanshi along with Mr. Alok Aggarwal , CFO of Victora Auto Pvt. Ltd on cost control and accounting . They were  familiarized  with many aspects of costing a product, activity based costing, standard costing and IFRS accounting standards being followed.  It was an enriching experience for students as well as faculty members to interact with the team of Victora Auto Pvt. Ltd. and learn from their experience in the manufacturing sector
