A visit to Sewage Treatment Plant at Badshahpur Village, Faridabad was organized by the department on August 29, 2019. Ms. Anjali Gupta (Associate Professor) & Mr. Probir Mondal (Assitant Professor) accompanied 33 students from B.Tech (Civil Engineering 5^th Sem) & M.Sc. (Geology).      

Students got an opportunity to see various treatment units and their organization in the treatment scheme at ground. The wastewater received from different areas catered by STP was collected into the inlet chamber. This was followed by other treatment in other units. They also got an opportunity to see the passage of waste from one treatment unit to others.
