Department of Mechanical Engineering organized an industrial visit to ACE Construction Equipment Ltd. for the students of B.Tech Mechanical 3^rd Year.

Total of 58 students and 4 faculty members participated in the visit. The faculty members involved were Dr. B K Bhuyan, Mr. Prateek Mittal, Mr. Sunil Kumar, and Mr. Dinesh Chawla.

Ace Construction Equipment Ltd. is located at Palwal in Haryana. The company is into the manufacturing of earthmovers, heavy-duty cranes and Agri machinery.

The students saw the assembly of mobile cranes in the plant. Each process was explained to them by Mr. Sudhir (Production Head). Mr. Ishwar (Manager) also explained to the students about the testing of cranes.
