Manav Rachna University organized an Industrial Visit to Infosys Ltd., Chandigarh Development Centre, for the First Year students of B.Tech. Computer Science & Engineering (CSE), CSE Specialized Programs (Data Science & Machine Learning, Digital Transformation Engineering, being run in collaboration with Xebia) & ECM students recently. The aim of the visit was to sensitize students about the working of the industry and how various challenges are tackled with expertise.

Mr. Diwakar, Security Expert-Infosys is working with Infosys since last 9 years. He addressed the students on the current industry trends and areas in demand which included Machine Learning, Data Analytics, Cloud, IoT, Blockchain Technology, Cyber Security etc. He emphasized on doing hands-on projects and shared many applications in these areas. Students interacted in the session by raising queries regarding technology, internships and recruitment opportunities at Infosys.

This was followed by the tour of Infosys campus. It was indeed a very informative visit for everyone.
