An industrial visit was organized to MSME – Technology Development Centre (PPDC), Agra for 6^th – semester Mechanical Engineering students.

The visit made students learn about the various manufacturing processes and machines. They visited different production departments & laboratories and learnt about casting processes, different mould designs, types of slurry and their mixing, different types of sand, forging processes, different types of mechanical testing equipment, metallurgical testing of materials and heat treatment processes. They were also explained about technical skill development programs and their benefits.
