Department of Mathematics, Faculty of Applied Sciences, Manav Rachna University organized a two-day hands-on workshop on ‘Scientific Research Writing Using LaTeX’ recently.

The second day of the workshop comprised three sessions- “Creating Tables, Lists, Array Handling, Graphics and Pictures” by Mr. Ramapati Maurya, Assistant Professor, Department of Mathematics, MRU; “Preparing Manuscript for Journal papers, Creating Bibliography” by Dr. Dinesh Tripathi, Assistant Professor MRU; and “Preparation of Presentation in LaTex” by Dr. Advin Masih. The participants also underwent extensive hands-on training during the sessions.

The participants had a great learning experience as per their feedbacks. The valedictory session was chaired by Dr. D.K. Sharma Proctor-MRU who felicitated the participants with certificates and resource persons with a token of appreciation.
