Faculty of Management Studies, MRIU, organized the fourth installment of guest lectures series.

The objective was to let students be aware of leadership sustainability and the business verticals across the globe.

Mr. Rajiv Arora is an Engineering Graduate (Gold Medalist) from National Institute of Technology, Rourkela and Post Graduate in management from International Management Institute (IMI), New Delhi.
He discussed the importance of learning as it is the first step towards achieving a long-term objective. He shared his experience of interviewing and emphasized on versatility and integrity. He also shared his views on debatable topics like job stress and employee retention.
