Faculty of Management and Humanities, MRU welcomes the students of BBA batch of 2017 -2020 with an Orientation Programme
Manav Rachna University (MRU) welcomed its BBA 1st year students to an engaging Orientation programme starting from today. The fifteen days programme will give students an initiation into the various facets of the Institution. It will also help them overcome their anxieties and apprehensions and make a smooth transition to College.
The new comers after reporting, were directed to labs where they underwent a Proficiency Test on the first day in which they attempted to answer MCQ to evaluate their aptitude and verbal ability. The Proficiency Test was conducted by Manav Rachna Career Development Centre, MRCDC Team. Thereafter, students were given a lunch break.
In the post lunch session, a Team Building Session was conducted by Ms. Stuti Tiwari, Dr. Pragati Chauhan, Dr. Pooja Kapoor and Dr. Sudhir Sachdev. It included activities like Ink Blot Test and Jingle Generators for the newly admitted first Year students. The session was facilitated by Prof Jaideep Singh, Prof B Prasad and Prof Dr Rajat Gera, the Faculty of Management and Humanities. All the student teams were winners and most of the teams were awarded chocolates and accolades for their performances.
The Orientation programme will include various team building, Leadership and creative activities, drills alongwith exposure to the various academic, co curricular, extra curricula and administrative processes through indoor and outdoor interactions in the days to come.
