Faculty of Applied Sciences, MRIIRS organized Fresher’s party for the students of Nutrition and Dietetics and Physiotherapy recently. Around 300 students from the department delightfully participated in various events and enjoyed their day.

The programme was inaugurated by Dr Divya Sanghi, HoD- Department of Nutrition and Dietetics, and Dr Pooja Anand, HoD, Department of Physiotherapy. The event had various activities like fashion walk, talent hunt and jam session. There were cultural performances by the students of Nutrition and Physiotherapy. On the basis of their performance, freshers were nominated for Mr and Ms Best Dress, Mr and Ms Fresher’s, and were felicitated by departmental heads.

The event welcomed newcomers in a very friendly atmosphere and encouraged them to evolve to their best in the coming years.
