Expert talk on “Fintech and Cyber Security”
Computer Science and Technology Department of MRU organized an Expert talk on “Fintech and Cyber Security” for B.Tech CSE 5th Semester.
The experts from the industry were Mr. Deepak Talwar, Director of Cyber Security at Ernst & Young and Mr. Chander Mohan Malhotra, Director at Gateway7 Production and Technologies. Mr. Deepak Talwar interacted with students and asked them what do they really want to do in their professional life? What is the hands on knowledge they have? He gave an insight of the latest technologies.
He also focused on cloud computing; its layers; its types and how cloud is changing the era of IT industry. He discussed about IOE i.e Internet of Everything; various verticals of cyber security and how digital transformation is taking place. Mr. Chander Mohan Malhotra gave his valuable inputs about Fintech which is anywhere technology that is applied in financial services or used to help companies manage the financial aspects of their business, including new software and applications, processes and business models. The session was extremely interactive and informative.
