Department of Civil Engineering, FET, MRIIRS organized an expert lecture on “Project Management Case Study: Delivering Delight to Customers” which was delivered by Mr. Anil Chopra, Zyxor Consulting.

Mr. Chopra is a Management Executive with wide exposure in Management Consultancy, Project Management, Corporate functions and Engineering Industry. During his career exceeding 35 years, he has managed P&L leadership, set up and nurtured new businesses and institutionalized organizations. He has served as the Managing Director at Feedback Infra – India’s leading Infrastructure Services Company, where he set up and nurtured the Realty & Townships Division between 2005 and 2012. In April 2012, he started promoting Zyxor Consulting.

He shared his experiences with the students and discussed the important aspects of Project Management with special reference to his work on the AIMA’s Lajpat Nagar office project. The project encompassed an area of 30,000 sq. ft. and entailed a gamut of activities like planning, designing, budgeting, tendering, approvals, tracking to be coordinated from inception till commissioning of the project. The project incorporated automated car parking, as a space saver element.

The lecture was insightful for all the students as it equipped them with various elements of managing a project.
