The second day of FET, MRIU orientation for freshers got off to an interesting start with Knowledge Partners/ Expert Interaction in which IBM Expert Mr. Vikarruddin Surkhi, Lead Learning Developer at IBM addressed the students and explained them about various IBM courses. Different Alumni like Sumit, Taru Sharma, Ankit Bansal, Sujit Roy, Star Performer interacted with the students encouraging them to focus not only on academics but also on other technical courses like IEEE, ACM and CSI.

Later in the day, the freshers participated in Holistic Wellness and Life Skills (HWLS) and Interaction with CRC/PTO. The aim of the program was to discuss various life skill modules to develop a problem solving skills in managing the personal affairs. It helped the students to relax the mind, reduce anxiety & depression, increased optimism, and sense of well being.

The program concluded with Psychometric test conducted by Career Development Centre. To commence with, a comprehensive psychometric analysis based on various aspects of the personality, aptitude and emotional intelligence gave the aspirants a complete picture about their inherent skills, strengths & areas of improvements so that they effectively utilize their years in college to polish themselves.
