In collaboration with IMS Learning Resources Pvt. Ltd., Manav Rachna University’s School of Management hosted a career workshop. Mr. Shubham Khandelwal, Director of the IMS Institute in Faridabad, led the session. He is particularly interested in encouraging young people to explore numerous career alternatives in many fields after high school, college, and even after work experience. Dr. Rashi Banerji, Asst Prof, SMC, MRU, organised the session, which benefited around 50 BBA Finance and Accounts IV and VI semester students. The following topics were discussed in Careers in Management domain: Marketing, Finance, Operations, Human Resources; Consulting (IT, Management, Strategy); Business Analytics; Types of Management Programs; changing career domain, and developing analytical skills, problem solving approach, lateral thinking skills.
