Automotive Training & Research Centre for imparting high end skills required in two wheeler Industry
Manav Rachna International University (MRIU) in association with industry giant Honda Motorcycle and Scooter India Private Limited (HMSI) launched the Automotive Training & Research Centre for imparting high end skills required in two wheeler Industry of Auto Sector thereby enhancing students’ employability prospects and skills for self employment!
Manav Rachna International University once again set a new benchmark in industry-academia interface and Quality Education with the launch of the Automotive Training & Research Centre at the University campus for imparting high end skills required in two wheeler Industry of Auto Sector. This Centre of Excellence has been set up in association with industry giant Honda Motorcycle and Scooter India Private Limited (HMSI) which has provided technical support for setting up the training and research infrastructure for MRIU students.
The association will provide a platform to students of Mechanical/Automobile/ Electronics & Electrical branches to take up research projects in emerging areas in association with HMSI. This Automotive Training & Research Centre will also offer short-term courses for two-wheeler technicians and high-end courses for executives. The Research areas of the Centre will focus on improving efficiency of engines, alternative sources of energy with improved design features of vehicle and its components. The Automotive Training & research Centre aims to train 200 students in the area of two wheeler servicing in 2016-17.
