Angadvir Singh Bajwa won Gold at National Shotgun Championship
Angadvir Singh Bajwa, a student of BBA from MRIIRS won the gold medal in the 63rd National Shotgun Shooting Championship at the Dr. Karni Singh Shooting Range. Angad has set a world record by scoring 60/60 shots. It was a very special day for him, as apart from setting a world record, it was also Angad’s birthday.
Recently he secured his place at the Tokyo Olympics by winning a gold medal in Qatar.
Baljit Singh Sethi, Advisor of National Rifle Association of India and Anarjung, Director of Competition, awarded the medals to all the shooters. Angad has won Gold in Clay Pigeon Skeet Shooting National Championship (MEN). In the same championship Miraj Ahmed Khan and Gurjot Singh won Silver and Bronze Medal respectively.
