Among 50 Social Innovators across India
Computer Science & Technology Department congratulates Sahil Sachdeva, B.Tech. Final Year student, for getting selected as one among 50 Social Innovators all over India for Digital Impact Square – a TCS Foundation initiative’s Jan 2020 Cohort.
Digital Impact Square (DISQ) is an open social innovation center in the city of Nashik, Maharashtra. DISQ encourages innovation using digital technologies to address social challenges prevalent in Health and Hygiene, Housing and Transportation, Food and Agriculture, Energy, Water and Environment, Financial and Personal Security, Citizen Empowerment and Transparency, Education and Skills development across India.
The department feels proud to add that Akshita Sachdeva, B.Tech CSE 2016 Alumnus, Co-Founder Trestle Labs, too had got selected for Digital Impact Square and is now a well-established entrepreneur, working on solutions for visually impaired people.
