An alumni lecture was organized by the Department of Mechanical Engineering on July 29, 2021, which was addressed by Mr. Aayush Tanwar, (MRCE- 2011 pass out batch). He is presently working as an Income Tax Inspector in Income Tax Deptt. (Delhi). He gave an online presentation on the topic- ‘Making college life worth’.

A brief introduction about the alumni speaker was given by Mr. Sanjay Taneja, Associate Professor, Department of Mechanical Engineering.

Mr. Aayush Tanwar cracked GATE examination and secured 98 percentile. Afterwards, he cleared SSC exam in the year 2013 with AI RANK 118 and joined in income tax department as an income tax inspector.

Mr. Aayush started his talk by explaining the importance of different career prospects and later he shared his academic and industrial experiences.

Approximately 50 students of the department attended the session and asked various questions.
