Industrial Visit To Shriram Pistons, Alwar, Rajasthan

The Department of Management, MRU organized an Industrial Visit for BBA Finance and Accounts first semester students to Sri Ram Pistons in Rajasthan.

The Faculty members and the students were welcomed by Mr. Rajesh Chaudhary, Manager Industrial Relations and his team members who introduced the students to the portfolio, collaborations, customers, employee profile and manufacturing process of the company.  After this briefing, Mr. A K Jain, Assistant General Manager, Finance addressed the students on the topic ‘Impact of GST on Business’.  He also explained to the young minds about the importance of values and Integrity in an organization.

Post the interactions, Prof. Jaideep Singh, Director, Industry Interaction, Manav Rachna University presented mementos to Mr. A K Jain and Mr. Dilip Tiwari, Deputy General Manager-Administration & Industrial Relations. This was followed by a tour of the manufacturing plant. Students were exposed to the process of manufacturing pistons and valves. The trip was highly appreciated by students as such events widen up their career path.
