Department Of CSE, FET, MRIU Organised a Cultural Event On The Occasion Of Diwali
Diwali is certainly the biggest and the brightest of all Hindu festivals. It’s the festival of lights that is marked by the celebration which illuminates the darkness of the New Year’s moon and strengthens the close friendships and knowledge with a self-realization. To celebrate this festival, Department of Computer Science and Engineering (CSE), Faculty of Engineering and Technology, Manav Rachna International University organized a cultural event filled with breath taking and energetic performances by the students as well as the Faculty members. There was great enthusiasm in the air. Prof. (Dr.) M. K. Soni, Executive Director and Dean, FET; Dr. S. S. Tyagi, Professor and Head, Department of CSE, FET; Dr. S. S. Handa, Professor, Department of CSE, FET; Prof. Anil Chopra, Professor, Department of CSE, FET; among other faculty members and students graced the event. The performances kick-started with Saraswati vandana followed by a number of solo as well as group–singing and dance performances. It also featured a video constituting the achievements of students and the Department in the past year. The celebrations culminated with a get together in the seminar hall where the entire Department assembled to celebrate the festival of lights.
