IPR Seminar 2

IPR lecture

The joint initiative by the Intellectual Property Right Cell and Research Cluster of Computing of Manav Rachna Research, Innovation and Incubation Centre organized the seminar on “I.P.R for software Industry and Innovation” on 19th June 2017.

The event was graced by the presence of Dr. Jay Bhatnagar (Cluster head RCC), Dr. Patrali Banrejee  (Head IPR Cell) who guided the organizing team towards the contents and the flow of the workshop.

The seminar was delivered by the eminent speaker Mr. B. K Sahu (Deputy Manager NRDC) which was attended by 30 students and the Faculties members to Manav Rachna Educational Institutions. After Mr. B.K. Sahu enlightened the audience with the knowledge of patents and copyrights we had a question and answer session.

Dr. Sahu has extensive experience in the field of IPR. He has a Ph.D. in IPR from JNU, and has delivered more than 350 lectures in IPR related topics, and have worked with several universities and govt and private organizations.
Many students benifitted from his talk where he answered their questions, and they in turn understood the benefits of protecting their intellectual property.
