The Department of Management & Commerce organized an industrial visit to Medanta Medicity, Gurugram for the students of BBA Healthcare Management. Prof. Jaideep  Singh (Director Industry Interaction) and Dr. Parul Jhajharia (Dean and HOD-Department of Management and Commerce) accompanied the students.

The objective of the visit was to understand the culture of the hospital sector and its different components. The students visited the hospital and met Dr. Naresh Trehan, Chairman and Managing Director, Medanta Medicity and Dr.R R Kasliwal, Chairman and Clinical and Preventive Cardiology Specialist, Medanta Medicity.

The students became aware about the different new terminologies, which enriched their vocabulary as well as domain knowledge. The students experienced the process of working in hospital – not only medical staffs but also non-medical employees.
